What can I rent from Privilege Agency?

You can rent sound systems, lighting, DJ setups, DMX control, effects (smoke/haze) and, depending on the project, LED screens and staging.

Does the rental include setup and dismantling?

Yes. We offer both equipment-only rental and packages that include installation and dismantling, for a safe and proper setup.

Do you provide a technical operator during the event?

Yes, upon request. For lighting/DMX and more complex events, a technical operator is recommended to ensure everything runs smoothly.

How much time do you need for setup?

Depending on the package: from 30–60 minutes (small setup) up to 2–6 hours (complex production). The exact schedule is agreed in advance.

What does the venue need to provide?

Team access, stable power supply, a safe space, and weather protection for outdoor events.
The technical area must be protected from the public and liquids.

Can I rent equipment if I’m not sure what I need?

Yes. Tell us the venue and number of guests, and we’ll recommend an optimal configuration — no overkill, no missing essentials.

Do you handle delivery and transport?

Yes. Transport and logistics are included in the offer, depending on location and equipment volume.

Who is responsible for damage or theft?

The client/organizer is responsible for damage caused by guests/third parties and for equipment security during the event.

Can the event be extended (overtime)?

Yes, subject to availability. Overtime is confirmed on the spot and billed separately.

Can I receive an invoice?

Yes. We issue invoices for individuals or companies, in accordance with applicable legislation.
