AUDIOWAVE SOLUTIONS S.R.L. offers the client the possibility to make, free of charge, a modification compared to the type project presented on www.privilegeagency.eu.
The modification will be set by mutual agreement between the client and the company, without structurally affecting the type project initially ordered. If the modification structurally affects the type project initially ordered, the company reserves the right to charge additional fees for the work performed.
Services purchased through the site are intended exclusively for personal use by the user. AUDIOWAVE SOLUTIONS S.R.L. may limit the ability to purchase certain services available on the site at any given time, to one or more users, on justified grounds.
The client agrees that all data provided by him, necessary for the purchase process, is correct, complete and true.
Any prices displayed on the site represent the price recommended by AUDIOWAVE SOLUTIONS S.R.L., without discounts. These prices are purely informative and have no legal value.
Invoicing of purchased products is made exclusively in lei (RON) using the information provided by the user. AUDIOWAVE SOLUTIONS S.R.L. is not responsible for the accuracy of the information provided by the client for invoicing.
Invoices are issued as follows: for payments made before the receipt of services, an advance invoice is issued, and for payments made at the time of receiving the products, the final invoice is issued. For corrections (cancellations), reverse (storno) invoices are issued. All invoices are automatically issued, recorded and included in the fiscal reports.
Payment for services purchased through the site can be made online by debit card, by instalment-payment card, or by bank transfer.
For online payments by card, AUDIOWAVE SOLUTIONS S.R.L. is not / cannot be held responsible for any other additional cost incurred by the client, including but not limited to currency conversion fees applied by the bank issuing his card, where the issuing currency of the card differs from EURO. Responsibility for this action is solely the client's.
Information from sales events used to describe products, characteristics available on the site (static / dynamic images / multimedia presentations / links to other sites, etc.) does not represent a contractual obligation on the part of AUDIOWAVE SOLUTIONS S.R.L., these being for presentation purposes. AUDIOWAVE SOLUTIONS S.R.L. may withdraw a product offer or modify it at any time before the order is placed, without owing damages or other penalties to any potential client.
In the promotional images and videos of the services, AUDIOWAVE SOLUTIONS S.R.L. reserves the right to use other products (accessories/etc.) which may not be included in the costs of those products and which therefore will not be delivered upon the purchase of the services. In this case, this is expressly stated in the description of the service for sale.
In the unlikely event that AUDIOWAVE SOLUTIONS S.R.L. is unable to honour part of the services, it will notify the client by email or phone, offering the possibility to cancel the order or remove from the order the service that can no longer be delivered.
FRAUD
AUDIOWAVE SOLUTIONS S.R.L. does not request from users, by any means of communication (email/phone/SMS/etc.), information regarding confidential data, bank accounts/cards or personal passwords. The user/client assumes full responsibility for disclosure to a third party of his confidential data.
AUDIOWAVE SOLUTIONS S.R.L. disclaims any responsibility, in the event that a user/client is/would be in any way harmed by a third party claiming to be/represent the interests of AUDIOWAVE SOLUTIONS S.R.L.
The user/client will inform AUDIOWAVE SOLUTIONS S.R.L. of such attempts, using the contact details.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
